This is the ideal course for someone who has already been trained as a first aider in the workplace and needs refresher training due to the upcoming expiry of their current certificate. This course is the refresher of the full First Aid at Work course and will satisfy legal compliance. From health and Safety Manager to a production line machine operator, an office administrator to a vehicle mechanic, this course is again suitable for all.

The course is spread of 2 days and covers the necessary modules for compliancy of Health and Safety. The course can be arranged and carried out at locations where you need it.

Modules to be covered will include: Safety, Primary & Secondary Survey, CPR (including AED,) Trauma, bleeding, injuries, shock, drowning, hyperthermia, choking, burns, poisons, medical scenarios including stroke, diabetes, heart attacks and angina, epilepsy, anaphylaxis, keeping the casualty safe and using the recovery position, methods of evacuation, incident documentation including accident book completion as well as consideration of standard equipment to be stored for first aid in the workplace.
