This course is aimed at individuals who wish to make a change, understand and empathise with those suffering with Mental Ill Health in a local, family or community environment. This course course will equip learners with the tools necessary to confidently respond to mental health crises effectively. Using Emergency First Aid Techniques you will learn how to recognise the signs of mental health distress and effectively provide initial assistance to those in need.

Using Practical Scenarios individuals will engage in real-life scenarios to develop hands-on skills and build confidence in responding to various mental health crises. The course also uses interactive sessions, allowing for open discussions and active participation among learners.
The course is open to individuals over the age of 16 years from all backgrounds and professions, creating a diverse and enriching learning environment.
